For a 6 month long project, I collaborated with nonprofit Valley Verde to design an easy to use tool for community members to locate food services in Santa Clara County, California.
Key requirements included free site hosting and editing, ability to filter by various service types, and results presented by their distance from a user.
Using a combination of Leaflet, Github, and Google Sheets I designed and implemented this tool which is curretly updated and maintained by Valley Verde staff and available for use on their website.
